Stevioside and Rebaudiosides
Stevioside is a white crystalline powder, extracted from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni.
The main ingredients of stevia extract are stevioside and rebaudioside-A. While rebaudioside-A has a superior taste to stevioside, proper mixture ratio of each components and enzymatic glycosyl modification can enhance the sweet taste.

03. Glucosyl Steviosides |

Glucosyl Stevia refers to a product that used CGTase and added Glucose to Stevia extracts, which reduced Stevioside's natural bitter tastes and increased solubility. TRA120 and Reva 5000 used Stevia Extracts that contain high Revaudioside A. TRA120 and RICH, in particular, remobed non-reactant dextrin, which made the products' tastes even softer. Also, TRA120 used a high purity Rebaudioside A and thus its sweetening quality is exellent.
